Bivio’s artisanal pizzas are a labor of love, true wood-burning baked Neopolitan pizza.  The menu offers five composed pizzas and two specials, chosen carefully by the chef/owner, as well as salads.  There are only 24 seats in this beautiful establishment, but it's worth the wait. Tony D's
3 Hanford Place, Caldwell                973-228-9500

Tony DiFabrizio’s place meant for takeout.  The specialty is the thin crust, rectangular pan pies called Grandmas—twice-baked, the second time with toppings, and take an hour to make. They also make round pies that take the usual time.  This place, opened in 2009, isn't just a neighborhood favorite.  People come from all over the area for a taste of their delicious pies.
