Amazing new luxury rental communities in Essex County
Luxury Living in East Orange? These communities are taking luxury to a whole new level, with all amenities, fitness centers, a ride to the train, and great spaces.
Not long ago, no one would have used East Orange and Luxury Rental in the same sentence, but that has all changed. South Harrison Avenue in East Orange has become a go-to location for several spectacular luxury rental communities, and there are a number of reasons why this location makes enormous sense.
East Orange is close to Montclair, South Orange and Maplewood, communities that may be better known for upscale living, and East Orange is literally minutes away from the great downtowns and villages that these other towns offer. Plus, East Orange has two train stations of its own and is a quick rail commute into the city, and is also less than 20 minutes from Newark Airport.
These new communities are full of amenities for their occupants — fully equipped fitness centers and spas, cafe, rooftop patios, gated parking, laundry in each unit, and shuttles to the train. Finishes are upscale and modern. There are configurations from studios to three-bedrooms with private terraces. And many are offering a free month’s rent when signing a lease.

Just about half a mile away, in downtown West Orange, right down the street from Thomas Edison’s studio, is the Edison Lofts and the Edison Mews. These are built in a renovated factory building and have the loft sensibility with huge windows and high ceilings. They also have all amenities, including a huge fitness center with pool, sky cafe, rooftop lounge, and 40 different apartment configurations.
